José Luis Rubio in addition to being executive producer of ‘Lobster Soup’, is also responsible for the sound design of the documentary. With the wind as a main character and the ambient sounds inside Bryggjan Cafe he has created the entire sound atmosphere of the film.
From his company REC Grabateka Estudioa (San Sebastian) he has worked with the directors Pepe Andreu and Rafa Molés on multiple projects, forming a solid and stable creative and technical team.
