The theatrical release of “El Agua” in Spain, France and Swiss

On 4 November 2022 we began an extraordinary journey with the premiere of “EL AGUA” in Spain. More than 50 cinemas across the country screened Elena López Riera’s debut feature film. A few months later, in the Paris metro, we could see posters announcing the film’s premiere on 1 March 2023 in France and Switzerland. The international character of ‘El Agua’, as well as its narrative skill and meticulous artisanal work, were recognised with two nominations at the Swiss Film Awards for Best Fiction Film and Best Editing.
